Seaport Pte. Ltd. ("Seaport", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through getseaport.com and our social media pages, why we collect it, and how we look after it, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

Details you give us, such as your name, email, phone number, business name and message when you fill in our contact form or email us.
If you apply as a creator: your social media handles, sample work and payment details we need to pay you.
Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit the site, such as device type and pages viewed.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
To match businesses with creators and run the campaigns you book.
To pay creators and keep proper business records.
To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal data. We only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We share your data only when needed to deliver our services: between a business and the creator working on its campaign, and with service providers that help us run Seaport, such as our form provider (Formspree), email and hosting providers. We may also share data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorised access, use or loss. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. Email us and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
